SP4A Advisory was founded in 2021 by Stavros Paraskevaides with a core purpose. Offering it’s clients high quality and reliable advisory services, by personally working with them in developing their business sustainably.
Our mission is to develop proposals aiming at changes in operations, structures, sectors or even the entire strategy of a company, managing change successfully in response to market conditions and improving business efficiency and productivity.
Contrary to the typical “consulting model”, which after analysis develops and submits a proposal to the business, we work together with the client and their team in developing the proposal that best fits the organization and continue working hand in hand with all stakeholders in ensuring the successful implementation of the proposed changes.
ADVISOR’S PROFILE
Stavros Paraskevaides experience spans 35 years of successful collaboration in Europe, USA and the GCC with some of the most successful brands in the world. Driven by his love for engineering from a young age, which evolved into an absolute passion for automobiles, he initially studied Automotive Engineering in the UK and upon graduation entered the industry at its most basic level as a technician with the purpose of gaining first hand experience

Soon he got an opportunity to work with TOYOTA and he joined as the youngest Technical trainer in Europe at the age of 23. From there he moved on into Training, After Sales, Customer Experience, Network Planning and Development, New Business Development and Sales and Marketing Management. The last 13 years of his corporate career were in C-level positions as MD/CEO/SVP of multinational companies and family conglomerates, representing brands such as Mercedes–Benz, BMW, Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Jaguar – Land Rover, Genesis and others, with a strong track record in brand positioning and market strategy, restructuring and operations management.
